Shipping policy
At Flylanta, we ship flight simulation hardware and accessories to selected destinations worldwide.
1. Processing Time
Orders are normally processed after payment is confirmed.
Processing time may vary depending on product availability. Pre-order or made-to-order products may require additional production time, which will be indicated on the product page or communicated to the customer.
2. Shipping Methods
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
For larger or high-value products, shipping may be arranged by ocean freight, air freight, express carrier, or other suitable transportation methods depending on the destination and product.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are for reference only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, carrier operations, weather, holidays, port congestion, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Customs and Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, such charges are the customer's responsibility.
5. Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided after the order has been shipped.
Customers should monitor tracking information and ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment when required.
6. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If a shipment is returned, redirected, or incurs additional charges because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the additional costs may be deducted from the refund or charged to the customer.
7. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the package and product and contact us as soon as possible.
If an order appears to be lost or has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us so that we can work with the shipping carrier to investigate.
